Hi! Welcome to Dimes & Donuts, my name is Christine! I’m a twenty-something graduate student, I am earning my master’s degree in Early and Elementary Education. I’m fiancée to Cameron and mama to two four-legged fur babies, Olivia and Leo. You can read about Cameron and I’s engagement story here. My little family and I are currently living in a cozy little condo located in Richmond, Virginia. Interested in seeing our home? We love our little city and I can’t wait to share what it has to offer throughout this journey.

I wear too many stripes, love all things Disney, cotton candy, NYC, interior design, and of course donuts. When I am not studying, you can find me crafting, painting, photographing everything, or watching HGTV and the Food Network. I created this lifestyle blog as a platform to share my thoughts on style, home décor, DIY projects, food, travel, and much more. If you would like to know more about me, feel free to send me an email here.

Most of my days are fueled on just dimes and donuts.

This blog was born in early 2015 after years of dabbling around with webpages and much encouragement from friends and family. I came up with the name Dimes & Donuts after much time spent playing around with different words the represent me. I love DIY projects, finding ways to save money, and it’s pretty well known by my real life friends that I am donut obsessed! Thus, Dimes & Donuts was born.

I plan to make this little space of the Internet a collection of things that I am passionate about, snippets of my day to day life, DIY projects, travel adventures, and much more. And I hope you’ll enjoy my frugal, “design on a dime” ways.

In my spare time I enjoy creating teacher resources on Teachers Pay Teacher, you can view my products here.

If you’re a fan of my photos and/or graphics that are used on Dimes & Donuts, you can purchase prints and products on my Society 6 account! If you don’t see the print you’d like to purchase for sale, please don’t hesitate to email me and I will make that happen for you.

Thank you so much for stopping by!
